Standard rail
Also called standard equipment rail, wall rail or wall equipment rail. This rail is mainly mounted horizontally and occasionally vertically on the wall. It consists of a ground stainless steel profile with dimensions 25 x 10 mm (standardized profile). Fixing bolts are welded on the back of the profile at a distance of 400 mm. By means of additional fastening disks they are firmly mounted to the wall. On each fastening disk there is a possibility to fasten a potential equalization cable. The washers and also the cable are covered by cover caps (rosettes). Provita manufactures the rails in different lengths on customer's request. The rosettes are offered in black, ultramarine blue and white. The construction is designed for a total weight of max. 100 kg, but depending on the wall condition (masonry, cavity wall). The rails are mainly used in intensive care units, IMC (intermediate care), emergency wards, recovery rooms and operating rooms. With special fixings from Provita, infusion stands, examination and reading lights and monitor supports can be attached in this way. A wide range of medical equipment such as infusion and syringe pumps, control monitors and also suction pumps can be mounted in the same way.
